Gluten Free Classic Vanilla

A gluten-free version of our classic vanilla cake. Vanilla buttermilk cake layered with vanilla buttercream. Sometimes simple is best.

Made with our own mix of white rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch.

All of our cakes feature 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and are approximately 4 ½ " tall.

We do recommend leaving the cake out of the refrigerator at least 90 minutes before serving. We use only real butter and it needs to come to room temperature to ensure a silky and smooth texture of the icing.

We do require a minimum 72 hours notice for our cakes.
