Southern classic, light cocoa and buttermilk cake with cream cheese frosting.

Prefer less icing? Order a “naked“ style cake

Made with our own mix of white rice flour, tapioca starch and potato starch.

All of our cakes feature 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and are approximately 4 ½ " tall.

We do recommend leaving the cake out of the refrigerator at least 90 minutes before serving. We use only real butter and it needs to come to room temperature to ensure a silky and smooth texture of the icing.

We do require a minimum 72 hours notice for our cakes.
